HP (Hewlett-Packard) Officejet 6500A E710N...Strengths: None I can identify Weakness: Slow, loses connection with computer and requires rebooting, worst instructions ever This is without question the worst printer I have ever bought. It promised everything, but delivers little. It is incredibly slow. Every ten minutes it wants to align the cartridges, but the alignment always fails if I allow it to continue. It sometimes loses track of printing and stops in the middle of a document. The solution is to reboot the entire system. I will never ever again buy another printer from HP! Terrible Printer
Strengths: Looks great, lots of features, very small footprint
Weakness: VERY Flakey over wi-fi, two sided printing doesn't work well, slow, Mac Software is terrible
I have been using HP printers for more than 20 years, this printer was the "nail in the coffin". The last 3 HP printers I've owned have been steadily getting worse than the excellent HP Officeject 500 I bought in the late 90's. I bought this printer 7 months ago at Best Buy. It has been terrible. It is slow. It often will not "wake up" when you send a print job over wifi and it will sometimes just "forget" its wifi network. Read the reviews on the HP website before you buy - TERRIBLE support by HP. If you plan to use over wifi or if you have a Mac - AVOID this printer.Replaced it with Epson Workforce 845 - after 1 month very happy with the Epson.
